My dissertation is ready and is on-line. You can download it from the following link. I will present it the 19th of September in Italy. Now it is time to say goodbye to the green Scotland and to prepare for the sunny Barcelona. |

Hard days! I am working on my MSc project about algorithms and performance of biochemical systems simulations. I am currently extending Dizzy, a stochastic chemical simulator, with new algorithms. I will hopefully graduate on the 19th of September so I will probably have no time to write on the website. [ more... ]
